Describe what you need help with — keep it short. You can submit directly or through a partner organization.
Get verified
If you're referred by a partner like Note in the Pocket, that's verification. If you're self-submitted, we verify gently.
Match with a volunteer
A verified volunteer accepts your request. We share contact info so you can coordinate the details directly.
Trusted partners
Phifr for Good partners with established community organizations who already know the families they serve. When they refer someone to us, that referral is the verification. No one on the platform has to prove they deserve help — they just need to be vouched for by people we trust.
Safety is non-negotiable.
Every volunteer is verified before they can accept requests. Every request is verified before volunteers see it. We share contact information only after a match is confirmed. If something doesn't feel right, you can flag it — and we'll respond within a day.
